Quickest, Easiest and Yummiest Fish Ever! |

Ingredients
Per person

1 Tbs Olive Oil
150g white fish fillets

1 tsp crushed garlic
-
½ lemon
-
6 mushrooms, halved

Method |

Heat oil in pan (use pastry brush to spread oil around pan).

Add fish.
-
Spread garlic over fish.

Squeeze lemon on fish.

Add mushrooms to pan (around fish).

Turn fish after 3 minutes.

Stir mushrooms.

Leave to cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve on bed of basmati rice with stir fried vegetables.
