Quickest, Easiest and Yummiest Fish Ever!

Ingredients

Per person

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil

  • 150g white fish fillets

  • 1 tsp crushed garlic  

  • ½ lemon

  • 6 mushrooms, halved  

 

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan (use pastry brush to spread oil around pan).

  2. Add fish.

  3. Spread garlic over fish.

  4. Squeeze lemon on fish.

  5. Add mushrooms to pan (around fish).

  6. Turn fish after 3 minutes.

  7. Stir mushrooms.

  8. Leave to cook for another 2-3 minutes. 

  9. Serve on bed of basmati rice with stir fried vegetables.
