I am constantly challenged by my own kids (and husband!) and in cooking classes to come up with new ways to increase variety and food acceptance. I recently realised that it is not just kids that need to be inspired to increase variety so:

2. Eat more colours

Getting Physical


STOP SITTING and see activity as an opportunity not an inconvenience! This week try to increase your physical activity by increaing your incidental activity.

Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator, dancing at
home to your favourite music or put away the remote and get up to change the channels on the TV. During your leisure time try reducing your screentime (time in front of TV or computer)...
