Train the Trainer!

Ensure that your trainers provide safe, accurate and consistant nutritional advice to your members! .

There are so many diet myths and fad diets around that it is often hard to know what are good nutritional suggestions. Inconsistant advice within one gym or club is common and often confuses clients and trainers. Clients will often ask dietary questions to their trainers or vice-versa. How can trainers best support their clients to achieve their desired results?

Food Forethought's Dietitian Kate Wengier, wrote the course and taught Nutrition for Certificate 3 and 4 of Fitness.
